Hitler - The Unknown Soldier Documentary

Watched/listened to a British documentary today called "Hitler - The Unknown Soldier" The majority was about Hitler's time and deeds in WW1. Even though it was not made by fans of his, overall it was pretty even keel and even referenced diaries and had interviews with people that knew him. Much like something Irving would write, which I appreciated. The doc was by - Stuart Russell.
There were two things in particular that I learned that I thought were really neat.
1. I always thought Hitler was a vegetarian because of his love for animals. Turns out, when he was hit with a Mustard Gas attack, it had damaged his mucous membranes and the smell and taste of meat made him physically ill. This was told by a maid/cook of his.
2. During his time as an activist trying to get elected - he was involved in a court case against a newspaper out of Hamburg (I believe) called the "Das Echo" - they had tried to accuse him of a salacious affair during his time in France. That was refuted by multiple people including a family member of the woman. So he won that case. Same old Sh*t from the media.
