Is Volker Ullrich a trusted source on Hitler?

Volker Ullrich is a German historian that has written many books on Hitler, WWII, and Germany during that period. Does he inject a lot of bias into his works? Or are his books worth reading? I typically only trust Dr. Thomas Dalton’s translations of anything to do with the National Socialists.
