Stickers need not be permanently attached to a carrier. With magnetic sheeting found at hobby stores and elsewhere, a sticker can easily be made to be removable and reapplied when wanted:

Very nice. Consider having some newspaper bags (transparent bags that are 3"-4" wide by 15" or so long for distributing rolled up fliers in wet weather. I have a good supply of those to offer or can put you in contact with a supplier if wanted.
