It's a simple YouTube video. But YouTube has been transitioning to HTML5 playback instead of Flash. So some browsers have stopped playing YouTube videos.
Until YouTube and Firefox get their act together, I added an add-on to my Firefox browser that solves the problem:
YouTube Flash Player 1.3 by Maxime RF
If you use Firefox, that might work for you too. If you don't use Firefox, try upgrading to the very latest version of whatever browser you do use.
