That is exactly what I meant. I am about 99% sure it wasn't stickied when I commented.

We've added some fresh faces to WB in the 8+ months since the last comment was posted on this topic, and while it is sticked in the William L. Pierce provenance portion of the website, it could use a bump now and then to bring it to the attention of those who may spend a good portion of their attention on the "Active Topics" section.
