In June 2012, Jarrett let the cat out of the bag at a corporate event when, after telling her enraptured black audience of how the Obama administration has already actively discriminated against whites by setting aside funding for blacks-only colleges and universities, she went on to outline the specifically racial aspect of Obamacare, saying that healthcare reform will "disproportionately help African Americans .”
