Very nice! Shift that shadow on the bottom of the apple more to the right to match the cast shadow and give it just a hint of light around the bottom edge and you will have a very realistic light source

Nice rendering of the apple. I also thought something about the lighting is funny, but then it could have had more than a single source of light.

What I noticed first though is that the artist is a blonde. :)
