We should all be mindful as we rebuild the National Alliance to follow the theme of Beethoven's 5th.
Announce who we are, loud and clear. Build on that message when necessary, but always return to it to remind your listener that the details do not overshadow the theme. Keep your listener interested, and finish strong, making sure your message, or if you're Beethoven your melody, sticks in your listener's mind.

I agree.
