Under the circumstances, the Baltimore riots were handled rather well. The National Guard dispersed the rioters with nothing more than a handful of job applications.

Reverse logic and no common sense.
>The Baltimore population is 68% Black
>The police department is 68% Black
>The fire department is 58% Black
>The school district is 86% Black
>The school teachers are 72% Black
>The city council is 90% Black
>The mayor is a Black
>The chief of police is Black
>The district attorney is Black
>And 54% of population is on Welfare
>So, the Whites are the reason why Blacks are living in poverty.
