If the pure essence of evil could be portrayed upon a human face, this would be it:

Is the trained dog who is sicced to attack others evil, or is it her handlers, trainers, and owners who bought, trained, and --out of malice aforethought--order the dog to attack?

Hillary is clearly the former, she merely goes along with her master's wishes for the rewards they lavish upon her.
